As a Tech Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, results-driven individual with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. You will leverage your in-depth market knowledge and strong communication skills to close deals, contributing to our overall growth strategy in Lebanon and the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and understanding client needs and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in potential and existing client organizations.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our tech products and services (ERP system, Software, Web and Mobile App development) to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to decision-makers, clearly articulating the value of our solutions and how they meet the client’s needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction and post-sale success.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the tech industry, preferably in Lebanon or the GCC region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B or enterprise tech sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and Software Solutions, and/or other related tech products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively.
