Presentail is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in order management or logistics coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the fulfillment process of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Liaise with suppliers and shipping partners to track inventory levels and shipment status
- Monitor order status, resolve any issues that arise, and communicate updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments in the system
- Assist in optimizing fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and provide support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fulfillment and shipping
