Internal Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic internal sales officer

Duties:
1- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling,
2- Assess IT needs by engaging with inbound and outbound leads
3- Provide necessary information in relation to the value of IT solutions
4- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system.
5- Track and follow up with leads
6- Work closely with Account Manager and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
7- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and messaging
8- Conduct market studies on emerging technologies

Candidate Profile:
- University Graduate (Sales, Marketing, IT)
- 1 to 3 years experience in presales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Oriented
- Goal Oriented
- Detail Oriented
