Sales Account Executive

Position Summary
Our innovative and growing company is looking to hire a Sales Account Executive to join our
team. We encourage candidates who may not meet all the qualifications but possess relevant
experience and talent to apply.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Respond to pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documents.
• Prepare both technical and commercial proposals for potential clients.
• Present products and services to new accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with clients.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits prior to sale.
• Monitor market competition by collecting information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Identify customer needs and provide detailed technical specifications of our software solutions.
• Advise customers on the best software configurations for their needs.
• Occasionally provide technical support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers who have questions or difficulties.
• Recommend appropriate user training to enhance customer success.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing,
Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of direct sales experience in the software or IT industry.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong patience and self-initiative are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
