IT Hardware Clerk (Jadra Area)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Hardware Clerk to join our team and ensure smooth hardware inventory management and support operations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain accurate records of IT hardware inventory.
•Assist in the procurement, receiving, and tagging of IT hardware and equipment.
•Organize and track hardware assignments for employees and departments.
•Perform regular hardware audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
•Support the IT team in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware equipment.
•Coordinate repairs and warranties with vendors as needed.
•Ensure proper storage and handling of IT hardware and accessories.
•Document and update hardware-related processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or inventory management are a plus.
•Previous experience in IT hardware management or a similar role is preferred.
•Basic knowledge of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in using inventory management software or tools.
•Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
•Physical ability to lift and move hardware equipment when necessary.
