Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing efforts. Your expertise in content strategy, SEO, Google Ads, and website management will be critical in achieving our growth goals. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Media Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to ensure the company’s digital presence remains competitive.

  • Content Strategy & Execution
    • Create and oversee a content calendar, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website copy.
    • Collaborate with design teams to develop visually compelling and on-brand content.
    • Write, edit, and proofread engaging and SEO-friendly content tailored to target audiences.

  • SEO & Website Management


    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
    • Perform regular audits to ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and updated with the latest content.
    • Monitor website analytics and recommend strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.


    Multichannel Ads
    • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
    • Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the F&B, meal plan, or food delivery industry.
    • Proven experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
    • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
