IT Support Officer

The Technical Support monitors and maintains computer systems and networks to ensure their smooth running while delivering maximum benefits to their end users coming from GlobeMed Lebanon and its clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Install, arrange and upgrade end users’ operating systems and software
2. Install, configure, assemble and repair computers, monitors, and peripherals such as printers and related hardware
3. Monitor and troubleshoot computer networks
4. Maintain and solve all hardware and software problems (through telephone first level support, remote assistance, and by scheduling an on-site visits in very demanding situations)
5. Handle and follow up calls, emails, and requests for technical support
etc..

Knowledge:
Microsoft- Basics of networking

Personal Attributes:
Dynamic- Trustworthy- Decision maker- Flexible.

Education:
Bachelor in computer science

Experience:
Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years in the related field
