Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
o Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
o Create, schedule, and manage content for social media channels, email newsletters, and websites.
o Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
2. Content Creation
o Write compelling and engaging content for press releases, and promotional materials.
o Collaborate with agency to create visuals for campaigns and branding.
o Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all communication channels.
o Create eye-catching and impactful reels and TikToks showcasing FM’s activities, programs, and impact.
o Edit videos with attention to storytelling, pacing, and high-quality visuals.
3. Community Engagement
o Interact with the Forward Mena’s audience on social media, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
o Support the planning and promotion of workshops, webinars, and community events.
o Develop marketing materials and manage event communications.
2. Brand Management
o Ensure all content aligns with the Forward Mena’s mission and brand guidelines.
o Help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.



Skills & Qualifications
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
o Experience: 0-1 years in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
o Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
o Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
o Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Soft Skills:
o Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn.
o Excellent communication skills and creativity.
o Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
