Our leadership team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Advisor to support the CEO in strategic financial decision-making across our group of companies.

Position Overview:
As the Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial guidance to the CEO, enabling informed decision-making, optimizing the group’s financial performance, and managing financial risks. You will work closely with the CEO and senior management teams across multiple locations.
This role requires frequent travel to Congo and a strong understanding of international financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management team.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the group of companies.
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead financial analysis and prepare reports to inform the CEO’s decision-making.
Assist in formulating financial strategies to drive growth and profitability across the group.
Support financial operations and performance improvements across all business units.
Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Provide regular financial updates and insights to the CEO.
Frequent travel to Congo for site visits and to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance.
Experience in managing complex financial operations across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of international financial regulations.
Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
Ability to travel frequently to Congo.
