Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing the marketing, digital, and communications activities across the company’s two flagship projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks from event promotion to digital engagement and reciprocal agreement communications. The position requires flexibility and availability to attend events or provide support during holidays and weekends as needed.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with the company’s goals

Propose innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and guest/member engagement

Track marketing KPIs and provide reporting for management reviews

Event & Promotional Activities
Coordinate promotional campaigns for events (member events, public events, partner events)

Support internal teams and club departments in organizing and communicating event logistics

Attend major events to ensure marketing presence and execution

Digital & Social Media Management
Coordinate with the social media agency for regular content, campaign planning, and posting

Monitor digital trends and propose improvements in digital engagement

Manage newsletters, website updates, digital flyers, and online community communications

External Communications & PR
Draft and proofread content for promotional materials, press releases, and media kits

Liaise with PR agencies and media contacts for coverage and advertising



Reciprocal Agreements
Handle all communication with international reciprocal clubs and institutions

Ensure promotional material and benefits are up to date and in line with agreements

Assist in onboarding and promoting new reciprocal partnerships

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications (hospitality/luxury sector preferred)

Experience in event coordination and social media management

Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; French is a plus

Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and analytics tools is a plus

Professional demeanor with the ability to handle VIP clientele

Work Conditions:
Full-time position

Flexibility required – work during evenings, weekends, and holidays may be expected

Office-based, with regular visits to club/event sites
