We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell ERP solutions (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft products (such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure, and related services). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, software sales, and excellent client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities for ERP and Microsoft products.
• Present and demonstrate ERP solutions and Microsoft tools to clients, focusing on business benefits and ROI.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to build tailored proposals and solution roadmaps.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and Microsoft partner programs to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP or Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Office 365, Azure, and Power Platform is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new products quickly.
• Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in selling to sectors like distribution, retail, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
• Certification in Microsoft sales or cloud solutions is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or Sales Specialist).
