We are a Lebanese company offering consultant and administrative services to local and international clients. Currently, we are expanding our Marketing team, and looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a SEO specialist.

Main duties will be focused on:
- Continuously refine and expand the target keyword list based on performance, industry trends, and competitor analysis;
- Identify new keyword opportunities (long-tail, semantic, question-based) and prioritize them based on potential ROI;
- Regularly monitor competitor websites and SEO strategies (backlinks, content, rankings, technical aspects). Identify competitor strengths and weaknesses to inform the company's owners and management;
- Develop and maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap outlining short-term and long-term goals, tasks, and timelines. Align the SEO roadmap with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager;
- Monitor website speed and performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.
- Work with the IT Team to identify and fix website speed issues (image optimization, code minification, caching, server configuration);
- Optimize existing website content (page titles, meta descriptions, headings, body content) for target keywords. Provide guidance to the Writing Team on SEO best practices for content creation (keyword density, readability, internal linking);
- Provide training and guidance to other team members (e.g., writers, social media specialists) on SEO best practices;
- Track progress on SEO initiatives and ensure deadlines are met;
- Maintain clear documentation of SEO strategies, processes, and guidelines.


Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Digital Marketer;
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush);
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills;
