IT Specialist

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and supporting users across diverse systems? We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components.
• Proven experience in Service Desk or Help Desk roles.
• Ability to provide advanced technical support to both IT and non-IT users.
• Proficiency in ticketing and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with basic networking tasks (IP configuration, FTP, WinSCP, FileServer).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and end-user technologies, including antivirus solutions.
• Experience managing mail servers (Microsoft Exchange, Zoho Mail) and related protocols (IMAP, POP, SMTP).
• Technical degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Advanced knowledge of directory services (GPO, DNS, DFS, WSUS, user profile management).
• General experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Cacti.
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (ESXi, etc.).

Certifications:
• CompTIA A+ (220-1101, 220-1102) – Required.
• MCSA – Considered a strong plus
