Responsibilities:

-Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
-Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system
-Provide clear information to customers regarding products and services
-Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a polite manner


Requirements:

-Previous experience as an operator, call center agent, or in customer service is preferred
-Strong communication skills in Arabic (English or French is a plus)
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good computer and typing skills
-Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
