Sales Representative – IT Solutions

We are a leading IT Solution provider in Lebanon, offering ISP services, Cloud Solutions, Hosting, and IT Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Security Cameras, and more). We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
● Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions (Cloud, Hosting, Hardware, etc.).
● Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
● Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
● Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Support, and Operations) for smooth service delivery.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on pipeline and forecasts.
Hard Skills (Technical & Sales Skills)
● B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record in IT sales (ISP, Cloud, Hosting, IT Hardware).
● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT hardware.
● Sales & Negotiation: Ability to structure competitive proposals and close deals effectively.
● CRM & Reporting: Experience using CRM software and generating sales reports.
● Market Analysis: Ability to analyze industry trends, identify business opportunities, and position products/services strategically.
● Proposal Writing: Skilled in drafting and presenting detailed sales proposals and contracts.
● Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing models, revenue generation, and ROI-based selling.

Qualifications & Experience
● 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales (ISP, Cloud, Hosting, or IT Hardware).
● Strong network and existing relationships with corporate clients in Lebanon.
● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
