Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Analyze performance data, generate insights, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop engaging and high-converting ad content.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Provide detailed reporting and performance analysis to leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns at scale.

Expertise in META Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Agency or multi-brand experience is a strong plus.
