Food Safety Officer – Paul Restaurants Lebanon

Join our team and ensure our kitchens and branches maintain the highest food hygiene and safety standards!

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct hygiene inspections in branches & central kitchen
* Monitor food handling, storage, and preparation
* Train staff on hygiene & safety procedures
* Maintain HACCP and cleaning records
* Ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Food Safety, Food Science, or related field
* 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (F&B preferred)
* Knowledge of HACCP and local regulations
* Attention to detail & strong communication skills

Conditions:
* Full-time position
* Based in Beirut with visits to branches across Lebanon
* Flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
