We are looking for a senior IT Support

Duties:
1- Lead the IT Team Support in day to day operations
2- Formulate and and implement technical strategies that aligns with company goals
3- Diagnose and Solve hardware, software and network issues
4- Oversee daily technical support
5- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
6- Maintain documentation of support processes
7- Handled severe incidents

Candidate Profile:
- BS IT/MIS/CCE
- 6 to 7 years in similar position
- Very Good Command of Office 365
- Proven experience in IT Support
- Strong Leadership
- Excellent Communication Skills
