Infor CPQ (Configure Price Quote) & Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting - Developments

• Develop and maintain Infor CPQ applications, including rules, workflows, and configurations.


• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for CPQ enhancements.


• Design and implement complex product configurations, pricing models, and quoting solutions.


• Integrate Infor CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other business applications.

 Infor CPQ Application Support

• Respond to end user complaints - issues and cases and guide the users for the correct procedure.


• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, performance problems, and system errors.


• Provide end users with the necessary support.


• Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for CPQ solutions.


• Book new requests with external application support.


• Follow up with external support till a solution is provided and implemented


• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.

Skills

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or related degree

Preferred Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills:

• Experience in Infor CPQ (Configure Price Quote/ Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting.


• Experience with Infor CPQ integration with Infor ERP and CRM.
