Position: Automation & Digitalization Officer - Odoo & Web Developer

About the Role
We are One World (1W), a multi-division company seeking an experienced professional to deploy and customize a modular, web-based Odoo solution fully integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure. This role requires strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver a seamless, automated, and AI-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deploy and configure Odoo ERP as a modular, web-based solution.
2. Integrate Odoo with Microsoft 365 and Azure for unified workflows and data synchronization.
3. Customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements across multiple divisions.
4. Migrate legacy data from MS SQL databases to Odoo.
5. Develop two dynamic, interactive websites:
- Corporate website for One World and its divisions.
- Industry portal for One Media (1M) platforms.
6. Automate workflows and business functions across all departments.
7. Implement AI-driven solutions for scaling content gathering selection, publishing, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Odoo deployment and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration.
- Expertise in data migration from MS SQL to Odoo.
- Proficiency in web development (interactive, data-driven websites).
- Experience in workflow automation and AI integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with B2B industry platforms, customer relationship management, digital marketing and content management systems.
- Knowledge of API development and third-party integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Work Schedule & Monthly Fee:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm / On-Premises (flexibility can be provided as necessary such as days off or late arrivals / early departures...)
- We are providing 700$ per month to suitable and professional candidates who meet above requirements.
