We have vacancy of Automation & Digitalization Officer / Data & IT Officer at our company One World (1W) which is located near Hamra street and consists of various divisions related to media, real estate & business services.

Successful candidate will meet following criteria:

* 3 to 5+ years' experience in a similar position; with special focus on AI agents and Microsoft technologies / ecosystem as well as Odoo CRM / ERP / CMS modules / sections.
* Required to supervise, manage, process & implement all functions related to IT - backend and front end - with focus on Odoo integrating with MS365 / Teams & SharePoint & Mailboxes...
* Deployment of Odoo & AI-enhanced ERP - CRM - CMS modules / sections as necessary, ensuring they meet our business requirements and needs. This is to be done in coordination with 3rd party contractors / service providers (if necessary).
* Provide support, orientation & training to team members making sure they are empowered via IT resources and to make sure work productivity is enhanced as much as possible with IT tools and services with special reliance on AI agents.
* Researches and Gathers necessary Data and Ensures that all of 1M industry platforms' media channels' data metrics KPIs are achieved and reached soonest, coordinating with various colleagues as necessary.
* Act as a leader and self-motivated problem solver; working actively with team members to enhance and empower them and develop their productivity via AI-powered IT apps & tools so that IT is the solution not the problem!

Candidate must be located in or very near to Beirut. Candidate must be knowledgeable and have experience in using / deploying AI agents (chatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini / Claude…) and how to best utilize them in each function of their work tasks / functions.

Work schedule & Monthly Fees:
* Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm - flexibility can be provided as necessary.
* We are providing 600$ per month for suitable and professional candidate who meets above requirements. NSSF subscription & Transportation fees are not offered.
