Responsibilities:

- Design and develop large scale, distributed systems using Java/Spring technologies
- Lead complex designs
- Work with architects/experts to define the product’s technical vision and ensure it is conveyed to the team
- Take part in the team’s Agile activities
- Manage cross-team and project tasks
- Seek and implement improvements from various angles – technical, quality, processes, social
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams
- Hands-on accountability
