Room Service Manager

Overview of Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily room service.
- Establish and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards for all room service operations.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve patient satisfaction and service delivery.
- Handle and report any patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff, housekeeping, or nurses to ensure smooth and coordinated workflow.
- Ensure that all team members are appropriately attired in uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
- Inspect work areas and operating equipment to ensure conformance with hygiene standards or maintenance.
- Monitor and implement patient feedback to improve performance and service aiming for optimum patient satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or TS diploma in Hospitality Management required or in any related field.


Years of Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
