Digital& SAL is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper for its warehouse located in Antelias. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock control, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and supporting technicians and offshore branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Control & Documentation
o Manage receipts, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
o Record and update inventory data in the system accurately.
o Oversee stock control and process orders efficiently.

Tools & Assets Management
o Hand over tools to outdoor technicians and process related transfers.
o Conduct physical counts of technicians’ tools, verify logs, and update entries.
o Report damaged tools on a quarterly basis.
o Support offshore warehouse operations by controlling asset transfers.

Delivery & Procurement Coordination
o Prepare products for delivery based on requests.
o Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding missing tools.
o Check and validate delivered materials. Submit delivery notes, invoices, and related documents to Procurement.

Warehouse Organization & Security
o Designate and adjust storage areas according to production and shipping requirements.
o Conduct annual physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
o Safeguard warehouse operations by enforcing security procedures and protocols.
o Maintain the physical condition and professional appearance of the warehouse.

Compliance & Quality
o Ensure compliance with local warehousing and material handling regulations.
o Enforce adherence to company requirements and advise management on corrective actions.
o Actively contribute to maintaining and improving company quality standards.


Qualifications & Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
o Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
o Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
o Computer Literate and English proficiency
