MS Access / VBA Developer (Project-Based)

Position Type: Project-Based Contract

Medi Afric is seeking an experienced MS Access / VBA Developer to build a customized, multi-user ERP system tailored to our multi-country healthcare operations across Sub-Saharan Africa. The developer will work on a project basis to design, develop, and optimize our internal ERP using Microsoft Access + SQL backend.

Project Scope Includes:

Full ERP development on MS Access + VBA, connected to SQL

Multi-user environment with secure permissions

Multi-currency architecture

Ability to manage official and non-official transactions

Branch / country structure (multi-company logic)

Seamless workflows across all functional modules

Required ERP Modules:
Sales
Purchasing
Accounting
Inventory & Stock Management
Service & Repair (job cards, parts, interventions)

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong experience in MS Access + VBA
Experience connecting Access to SQL Server (local or cloud)
Proven track record building custom ERP systems
Understanding of business workflows (sales, procurement, finance, inventory)
Ability to work independently and deliver full project documentation
