Job Vacancy: Dispatcher

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a key role in managing daily vehicle operations, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor vehicles using GPS and dispatch software
Communicate with drivers on bookings, route changes, and customer updates
Handle delays, incidents, and escalate major issues

Requirements:
Experience in dispatch or fleet operations preferred
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
