About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our technical team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting site surveys, and assisting with technical project studies and implementations. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and infrastructure.
- Perform technical studies and evaluations for ongoing and upcoming IT projects.
- Carry out onsite technical implementations, ensuring accurate setup and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues across various IT systems.
- Perform hardware re-configurations and software installation and configuration as needed.
- Provide remote support to clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Deliver remote technical assistance on an as-needed basis to support operations and clients.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, systems troubleshooting, or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
- Ability to work independently and onsite at client locations when required.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
