Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, and core IT systems
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, and access rights
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches)
• Ensure system security, backups, patching, and disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with timely resolution
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and licenses
• Provide IT support to users
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Backup and security best practices
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Cisco (CCNA)
