Junior Personal Assistant to CEO

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as requested.
• Assist and support procurement, logistics, and project coordination when needed.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, AI tools.). Visio is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional fluency in English, French and Arabic (Strong written and verbal communication skills.
