Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Choueifat, Lebanon
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour break)
Salary: USD 600/month

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for users, maintain IT equipment and network peripherals, and assist with monitoring and IT operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and troubleshoot desktops/laptops and all network peripherals.

Support Active Directory/Domain Controller tasks: setup, joining devices, and troubleshooting.

Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and basic network topology.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and trace CCTV systems (IP and coaxial).

Install required software and provide user support and guidance.

Install and troubleshoot printers/scanners; handle basic repair when needed.

Monitor systems for disconnections and support related IT projects.

Track IT inventory and follow up on department requirements (equipment, consumables, tools).

Requirements / Skills

Practical experience in IT support (hardware + software).

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and basic networking.

Familiarity with CCTV installation/support (IP/coaxial) is a plus.

Good communication and user support skills.

Task List for IT Support (Daily/Weekly)

Daily

Check user support tickets/issues and resolve or escalate.

Monitor network/system connectivity and address disconnections.

Verify printers/scanners and key shared peripherals are operational.

Weekly

Review Domain Controller/AD health basics (join issues, login issues).

Validate DHCP/DNS basic operation (IP conflicts, name resolution).

Inspect CCTV status for offline cameras and trace issues.

Update inventory list and report missing/needed items
