Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable IT & Technical Support Intern to be the first line of defense for our digital ecosystem. You will play a role in ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience of our platform, resolving technical issues for users and merchants, and assisting our developers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to maintaining a robust digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
o Provide first-level technical support for users and merchant partners, troubleshooting issues with app functionality and accounts.
o Monitor the performance of our platform and report on any technical anomalies.
• User & Merchant Assistance:
o Respond to and follow up on technical inquiries and support tickets.
o Work with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
o Prepare onboarding process materials.
o Leverage AI to produce tutorial videos.
• Documentation & System Maintenance:
o Create and maintain clear documentation for common technical issues and their solutions.
o Assist with the maintenance and configuration of internal IT systems and software.
Required Qualifications
• Education:
o Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in IT, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Skills & Attributes:
o Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networking concepts.
o Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
o Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
About the Internship

• Location: Hazmieh, Lebanon
• There will be financial compensation.
