Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation standards.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Communicate customer feedback and product suggestions to management.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
