We are looking for a true visual artist not just a software operator. We need a Junior to Mid-Level Motion Graphic Animator and Video Editor who breathes life into concepts through exceptional design, storytelling, and movement.

Whether you are a rising talent or an established mid-level creator, your core strength must be your creativity. The digital landscape is shifting, and we are heavily integrating AI into our creative pipelines. We want a creative mind who uses traditional animation principles, video editing skills, and cutting-edge AI tools like Higgsfield.ai and Suno.com to push boundaries. If you understand rhythm, composition, and art direction, and view AI as a powerful new brush rather than a replacement for artistic vision, we want you on our team.

What You ll Do

• Conceptualize and Create: Lead the visual storytelling process from storyboard to final render. You will design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets.
• Edit & Animate: Seamlessly blend motion graphics with live-action footage. You will be responsible for full video editing workflows and adding dynamic, high-quality animations to real videos for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets.
• Pioneer AI Workflows: Seamlessly integrate AI tools into our production pipeline. You will use Higgsfield.ai for rapid video generation, character movement, and stylistic exploration, and leverage Suno.com to generate, cut, and mix custom audio and soundtracks that perfectly fit the mood of your animations.
• Maintain Artistic Integrity: Ensure that every piece of content feels human, curated, and intentionally designed. You will take raw AI outputs and refine them using traditional motion graphic techniques (After Effects, Premiere) to meet high-end agency standards.
• Collaborate across Teams: Work closely with our tech lead, copywriters, and project managers to translate client objectives into visually compelling narratives.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously experiment with new AI video and audio models, pitching new visual formats and workflow improvements to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who You Are

• The Artist First: You have a strong foundational background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Video Production, or Animation. You understand color theory, typography, framing, and pacing. You are a creator, not just an executor waiting for instructions.
• Experience Level: You are a Junior or Mid-Level professional (1 to 5 years of experience). We care more about your portfolio, raw talent, and creative eye than the number of years on your resume.
• Proficient Editor & Animator: You have mastery over industry-standard video editing and animation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• AI Enthusiast & Problem Solver: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI generation platforms specifically Higgsfield and Suno or a strong, proven capability to learn and master them quickly. You know how to troubleshoot when an AI model doesn't give you exactly what you want, using your traditional skills to bridge the gap.
• Adaptable & Autonomous: You thrive in a hybrid setup, capable of managing your own time and delivering polished work whether you are working remotely or collaborating in our Jbeil office.
