We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Call Center Agent** to join our team.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales, telesales, or call center operations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Contact potential and existing customers by phone.
* Promote and sell the company's products and services.
* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين والحاليين عبر الهاتف.
* الترويج وبيع منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
* المتابعة مع العملاء واستفساراتهم.
* الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء.
* تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الفريق.
