نحن نسعى إلى تعيين رئيس قسم الطاقة استراتيجي لقيادة قسم الطاقة لدينا من مقرنا في بيروت. ستشرف على المحفظة العالمية من مشاريع توليد ونقل الطاقة، مع تعزيز النمو التجاري والتفوق الفني.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- توجيه التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنفيذ المشاريع العالمية في قطاع الطاقة (الطاقة المائية، الشبكات الثنائية، PP، PV، النقل).
- قيادة فرق الهندسة والاقتراح وإدارة المشاريع لتسليم عقود EPC بنجاح.
- العمل كسلطة فنية عليا في أنظمة الطاقة والبنية التحتية المعقدة.
- تعزيز العلاقات الرئيسية مع العملاء الدوليين ووزارات الطاقة وشركاء المشاريع المشتركة.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
درجة ماجستير أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذات صلة.
أكثر من 20 عامًا من الخبرة في قطاع الطاقة مع خبرة تنفيذية أو إدارة عليا كبيرة.
معرفة عميقة بسوق توليد وتوزيع الطاقة العالمية.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic Head of Power to lead our energy division from our Beirut headquarters. You will oversee the global portfolio of power generation and transmission projects, driving business growth and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the strategic planning and execution of international power projects (Hydropower, SS, PP,PV, Transmission).
- Lead engineering, proposal, and project management teams to deliver EPC contracts successfully.
- Act as the senior technical authority on complex energy systems and infrastructure.
- Foster key relationships with international clients, energy ministries, and joint venture partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s or Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
20+ years of experience in the energy sector with significant executive or senior management experience.
Deep knowledge of global power generation and distribution markets.
