تبحث Kilzi & Co SAL عن موظف مبيعات داخلي للانضمام إلى فريقنا التجاري المتنامي.
الدور مناسب لشخص متحمس يستمتع بالتفاعل مع العملاء والمتابعة وتقديم العروض وتنسيق الطلبات ودعم نمو الأعمال.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- متابعة استفسارات العملاء وتقديم العروض
- الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء
- التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج واللوجستيات والمالية
- دعم أنشطة المبيعات الخارجية
- ضمان معالجة الطلبات والمتابعة بدقة
- الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء والمعلومات التجارية
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وخدمة العملاء
الملف المرشح المطلوب
- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء أو الدعم التجاري
- مهارات تواصل ومتابعة قوية
- معرفة جيدة ببرنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل وبريد/outlook وتطبيقات الحاسوب العامة
- منظم، مبادر، ودقيق التفاصيل
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
- الخبرة في مواد الإنشاء والمنتجات الصناعية والعزل أو مواد البناء تعتبر ميزة

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Kilzi & Co SAL is looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team.
The role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys customer interaction, follow-up, quotations, and order coordination, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments
- Support outdoor sales activities
- Ensure accurate order processing and follow-up
- Maintain customer records and commercial information
- Contribute to achieving sales and customer service objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction materials, industrial products, insulation, or building materials is a plus
