تبحث Neonism SAL عن كبير مسؤولي ماليين (CFO) ذو خبرة عالية لقيادة الاستراتيجية المالية للمجموعة وإ سْتخدام المحاسبة والخزينة وعمليات التمويل الرقمي. سيقود المرشح المثالي الأداء المالي، ويضمن الامتثال التنظيمي، ويعزز إجراءات الرقابة الداخلية، ويدعم النمو الاستراتيجي للشركة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية المجموعة المالية.
- الإشراف على المحاسبة والخزينة وعمليات التمويل الرقمي.
- ضمان الامتثال مع مصرف لبنان (BDL)، واللوائح الضريبية، ومعايير التقارير المالية.
- قيادة التخطيط والميزانية والتوقعات والتدفق النقدي والتخطيط المالي.
- تعزيز الرقابة الداخلية وإدارة المخاطر وعمليات التدقيق.
- تقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية للإدارة التنفيذية.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق المالية.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (CPA/CFA ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المالية والمحاسبة، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات في دور قيادي رفيع داخل شركة تقنية مالية أو مؤسسة مالية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة ERP، والتقارير المالية، وإدارة الخزينة، ولوائح BDL، والامتثال في التكنولوجيا المالية.
- مهارات قيادة وتحليل واتصال ممتازة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Neonism SAL is looking for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and digital finance operations. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support the company's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy.
- Oversee Accounting, Treasury, and Digital Finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with Banque du Liban (BDL), tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive management.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within a fintech company or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, treasury management, BDL regulations, and fintech compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
