Neonism is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic growth, operations, and innovation in the digital payments industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience.
Mandatory experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Mobile Wallet, Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and financial management.
Proven leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.

مهارات قيادية وتجارية وإدارة أصحاب المصالح مثبتة.\n
