In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge digital products and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors. Our CX team is a growing, multi-disciplinary hub of strategists, researchers, and designers, and as a Senior UI Designer, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing visual innovation to life across multiple digital touchpoints.
- 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience, preferably gained within an agency environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, robust visual systems, and innovative digital experiences across web, mobile, and applications.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to perform foundational UX tasks.
- Experience designing for diverse audiences, including specific considerations and cultural nuances for Arabic-speaking markets.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Expertise in creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems, reusable component libraries, and nested component architectures.
- Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with development teams, ensuring flawless design integration and implementation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
