Algorithm SAL is seeking a reliable and precise Security Guard to join the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management team and the company campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the company campus, its employees, and its assets by managing the access control process, verifying identities, and implementing safety systems and procedures. This role ensures a 24/7 safe environment through continuous monitoring, patrol inspections, and technical checks of campus equipment.
Main responsibilities
Guard the main gate and monitor the entry and exit of employees and visitors
Verify identities and accurately log attendance of employees and visitors
Carry out hourly patrols across the campus, especially outside working hours
Perform technical checks on generators, boilers, and other equipment
Report any violations, hazards, or incidents to the relevant authority
Manage internal parking in accordance with company policy
Answer calls and manage communications outside working hours
Operate generators as needed outside working hours
Fill in the Guard Log Book
Qualifications
High school diploma
Previous experience in security guarding
Languages: Arabic (fluent), English (basic)
Personal qualities: integrity, meticulous observation, high morals, sense of responsibility
