Job description

• Lead and manage all hotel IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, business applications, telecommunications, and end-user support.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of all IT systems to support seamless hotel operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage hotel technology systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), guest internet services, and other operational platforms.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the IT budget, technology investments, and vendor contracts.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements related to information security and data privacy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 2–5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel technology systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and other hospitality applications.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
