WAY is a pottery studio and caf in Beirut a creative space offering pottery workshops, open studio sessions, events, and a place for people to disconnect from the city and create. We re looking for a Full-Time Studio Assistant (Female) to join our team and support the daily operations of the studio. Working Hours Monday Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM 1:00 PM (Remote) Main Responsibilities Managing reservations and bookings Following up with clients before and after sessions Customer support and responding to inquiries Assisting with workshops, private events, and celebrations CRM data entry and keeping client information updated Inventory checks and stock follow-up Coordinating with the studio team on daily activities Supporting general administrative and operational tasks Other activities related to the day-to-day operations of WAY
