نطاق العمل يَكون مسؤولاً عن تطبيق سياسات الشركة وممارسات الائتمان والجمْع مع تنفيذ أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية. يحلّل طلبات العملاء للحصول على الائتمان، ويقلل من مخاطر ائتمان الشركة ويحافظ على أعلى مستوى من خدمة العملاء مع التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى في حل القضايا. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية - المساعدة في إدارة الرفاهية المالية للشركة من خلال ضمان الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر الفعالة والتقارير المالية الدقيقة؛ - تحديد وتقييم حدود الائتمان لجميع العملاء بناءً على بياناتهم المالية المدققة وقيم الأصول وتقييم العملاء الجدد والحاليين؛ - الامتثال لجداول الإبلاغ والإبلاغ عن المعلومات السلبية لشركة التأمين؛ - توقع الذمم المدينة المستحقة بناءً على توقعات المبيعات وشروط الدفع والتأخر والتغذية من فريق المبيعات؛ - تسوية الحسابات المستلمة، وحل الاختلافات، وتحقيق أهداف التحصيل النقدي الدوري؛ - التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لحل الديون غير المسددة والإشراف على الإجراءات القانونية والتسويات ذات الصلة عند الحاجة؛ - الموافقة على خط الائتمان لحسابات العملاء ضمن الحد المصرّح به من التأمين؛ - إدارة وتبسيط معاملات الاعتماد المستندي والتأكد من الامتثال لشروط وأحكام LC/BG وتسكير مدفوعات LC/BG من البنوك بتكاليف مالية مخفضة ومخاطر مُزالة؛ - بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء من خلال الزيارات المنتظمة، إدارة الحساب، وجمع المعلومات المالية للمراجعات الائتمانية؛ - ضمان معالجة فواتير المستحقات والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب؛ - الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات التدقيق (التدقيق الداخلي، تدقيق البنك، إلخ)؛ - ضمان استلام تأكيدات رصيد العملاء على أساس نصف سنوي؛ - إعداد تقارير MIS وبيانات دورية لإدارة مباشرة.

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو أي مجال ذي صلة الخبرة: 8+ سنوات من الخبرة التطويرية في إدارة الائتمان، الائتمان والجمع، أو الحسابات المستحقة؛ خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات الائتمان والتجميع على مستوى المناطق/دول متعددة ضمن شركة متعددة الجنسيات أو بيئة أعمال معقدة. خبرة عملية قوية في تقييم مخاطر الائتمان، حدود الائتمان، شروط الدفع، وإدارة تعرض العملاء. خبرة مثبتة في وضع ومراجعة وتجديد وتوحيد شروط الائتمان والظروف التجارية، بالشراكة مع المبيعات والمالية. القدرة المثبتة على التأثير في القرارات التجارية وتحدي التعرض للائتمان وتنفيذ سياسات الحوكمة والائتمان الإقليمي. #LI-LM1
Job Scope The Lead specialist - Credit is accountable for applying the company's credit and collection policies and practices while implementing internal control systems. S/He analyses customer requests for credit, minimizes the company's credit risk and maintains the highest level of customer service while coordinating with other departments in resolving issues. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in managing the company's financial wellbeing by ensuring compliance, effective risk management and accurate financial reporting; - Define and evaluate the credit limits for all customers based on their audited financial statements, asset values, and assessments of new and existing customers; - Comply with the reporting timelines and adverse information notification to the insurance company; - Anticipate outstanding receivables based on sales forecasts, payment terms, backlog, and input from the sales team; - Reconcile accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and achieve periodic cash collection targets; - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve unpaid debts and oversee legal actions and related settlements when required; - Approve the credit line for customer accounts within the approved insurance limit; - Manage and streamline LC transactions and ensure the compliance of LC/BG T&C and timely closure of LC/BG payments from banks with minimized financial costs and eliminated risks; - Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits, account management, and collection of financial information for credit reviews; - Ensure the timely processing and follow up of outstanding invoices; - Respond promptly to audit requests (internal audit, bank audit, etc.); - Ensure the receipt of customer balance confirmations on a bi-annual basis; - Prepare periodic MIS and data management reports to the Direct Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field Experience 8+ years of progressive experience in Credit Management, Credit & Collections, or Accounts Receivable. Proven experience managing regional/multi-country credit and collections operations within a multinational or complex business environment. Strong hands-on experience in credit risk assessment, credit limits, payment terms, and customer exposure management. Demonstrated experience setting, reviewing, negotiating, and standardizing credit terms and commercial conditions, in partnership with Sales and Finance. Proven ability to influence commercial decisions, challenge credit exposure, and implement regional credit policies and governance. #LI-LM1
