We are looking for a friendly, organized, and well-presented Reservations Agent to join our hospitality team.

Handle incoming reservation requests by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other booking channels.

Manage daily reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.

Communicate with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Provide guests with accurate information regarding availability, menus, timings, and venue policies.

Confirm reservations and follow up with guests when necessary.

Maintain accurate and updated reservation records.

Coordinate closely with the hostess and restaurant/service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with managing VIP guests, special occasions, and specific seating requests.

Monitor table availability and optimize bookings according to the restaurant's capacity.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related concerns professionally.

Prepare and maintain daily reservation lists and reports.

Ensure a high level of customer service from the first guest interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys communicating with guests, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently manage reservations while providing a warm and professional guest experience.

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or front office is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
• Well-presented and comfortable communicating with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
