المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع والمتعلقة بأنظمة الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة (CCTV)، والتحكم في الدخول، والإنذار، والاتصال الداخلي (Intercom)، والشبكات، وتمديدات الكابلات الهيكلية، وأنظمة التيار الخفيف الأخرى.
• قيادة وتوزيع المهام اليومية بين الفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن وفقاً لخطة العمل المعتمدة.
• التأكد من توافق عمليات التركيب مع الرسومات المعتمدة، وجداول الكميات (BOQ)، والمواصفات الفنية، ومعايير الشركة.
• مراجعة مخططات الموقع، ورسومات الورشة، وجداول الكابلات، ومخططات الشبكة، ومتطلبات النظام قبل التنفيذ.
• الإشراف على سحب الكابلات، والإنهاء، والترقيم، والاختبار، وتركيب الأجهزة، وترتيب الخزائن (Racks)، وتوصيلات الشبكة.
• تهيئة واستكشاف أخطاء كاميرات IP، وأجهزة التسجيل (NVRs)، والمبدلات (Switches)، والموجهات (Routers)، ونقاط الوصول، ولوحات التحكم في الدخول، وأنظمة الاتصال الداخلي والإنذار.
• تعيين عناوين IP وضمان اتصال الشبكة المناسب، وتواصل الأجهزة، والوصول عن بُعد.
• التنسيق مع منسق المشروع، والفريق الفني، والعملاء، والموردين، والمستودع، وغيرهم من مقاولي الموقع.
• تقديم ومتابعة طلبات المواد والإبلاغ عن أي مواد مفقودة أو تالفة أو غير صحيحة.
• مراقبة أداء الفنيين، وجودة العمل، والإنتاجية، والحضور، والامتثال لإجراءات السلامة.
• إجراء عمليات التفتيش في الموقع وتحديد مشاكل التركيب، والعقبات الفنية، والإجراءات التصحيحية المطلوبة.
• إعداد تقارير الموقع اليومية، وسجلات الأعمال المنجزة، ونتائج الاختبار، وتقارير استخدام المواد، وتحديثات سير العمل.
• تنسيق الاختبار، والتشغيل التجريبي، ودمج الأنظمة، وعروض العميل التوضيحية، وأنشطة التسليم النهائي.
• التأكد من تثبيت جميع الكابلات، والأجهزة، والخزائن، ومكونات النظام، وترقيمها واختبارها وتوثيقها بشكل صحيح.
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة لعناوين IP الخاصة بالأجهزة، وكلمات المرور، والتهيئة، والأرقام التسلسلية، وتوصيلات الشبكة.
• تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب الميداني للفنيين عند الحاجة.
• التأكد من استخدام وصيانة الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار وأصول الشركة بشكل صحيح.
• دعم أنظمة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لأنظمة التيار الخفيف المثبتة.
• التأكد من إنجاز جميع الملاحظات المعلقة، وسجلات الاختبار، ورسومات ما بعد التنفيذ، ومتطلبات التسليم قبل إغلاق المشروع.
المتطلبات التنظيمية، والمؤهلات، والخبرة، والمهارات:
• درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم فني في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو هندسة الحاسب، أو الشبكات، أو الاتصالات، أو الإلكترونيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تركيب أنظمة التيار الخفيف، والإشراف عليها، وتهيئتها، واستكشاف أخطائها.
• خلفية قوية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشبكات، بما في ذلك TCP/IP، وتقسيم الشبكات (Subnetting)، وعنونة IP، والمبدلات، والموجهات، وVLANs، وWi-Fi، والوصول عن بُعد.
• معرفة فنية جيدة بأنظمة CCTV، وأجهزة NVR، والتحكم في الدخول، وإنذار الاقتحام، وإنذار الحريق، والاتصال الداخلي، وتمديدات الكابلات الهيكلية، والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على قراءة رسومات أنظمة التيار الخفيف، والمخططات، ومخططات الشبكات، وجداول الكميات، وأوراق البيانات، والأدلة الفنية.
• يُفضل الحصول على خبرة عملية في إنهاء الكابلات، ومعدات الاختبار، والخزائن، ولوحات التوصيل، والألياف الضوئية، وكابلات الشبكات.
• مهارات قيادية قوية والقدرة على الإشراف على الفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن وأنشطة الموقع اليومية.
• مهارات جيدة في التنسيق، وإعداد التقارير، والتواصل، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة، وتحديد أولويات أنشطة الموقع، والالتزام بمواعيد تسليم المشاريع.
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office؛ وتُعد الخبرة في نظام ERP/Odoo ميزة إضافية.
• اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي مواقع مشاريع مختلفة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ وتُعد اللغة الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily site activities related to CCTV, access control, alarm, intercom, networking, structured cabling, and other ELV systems.
• Lead and distribute daily tasks among technicians and subcontractors according to the approved work plan.
• Ensure that installations comply with approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and company standards.
• Review site layouts, shop drawings, cable schedules, network diagrams, and system requirements before execution.
• Supervise cable pulling, termination, labeling, testing, device installation, rack arrangement, and network connections.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, switches, routers, access points, access control panels, intercoms, and alarm systems.
• Assign IP addresses and ensure proper network connectivity, device communication, and remote access.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator, technical team, clients, suppliers, warehouse, and other site contractors.
• Submit and follow up on material requests and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.
• Monitor technicians’ performance, work quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and identify installation issues, technical obstacles, and required corrective actions.
• Prepare daily site reports, completed-work records, testing results, material usage reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, system integration, client demonstrations, and final handover activities.
• Ensure that all cables, devices, racks, and system components are properly installed, labeled, tested, and documented.
• Maintain updated records of device IP addresses, passwords, configurations, serial numbers, and network connections.
• Provide technical guidance and on-site training to technicians when required.
• Ensure that tools, testing equipment, and company assets are properly used and maintained.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for installed ELV systems.
• Ensure that all pending remarks, testing records, as-built drawings, and handover requirements are completed before project closure.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in ELV system installation, supervision, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong IT and networking background, including TCP/IP, subnetting, IP addressing, switches, routers, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and remote access.
• Good technical knowledge of CCTV, NVRs, access control, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, intercom, structured cabling, and related systems.
• Ability to read ELV drawings, layouts, network diagrams, BOQ, datasheets, and technical manuals.
• Practical experience with cable termination, testing equipment, racks, patch panels, fiber optics, and network cabling is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise technicians, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Good coordination, reporting, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize site activities, and meet project deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and at different project sites.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; French is an advantage
