Account Executive - Marketing

The Account Executive (Marketing) will be responsible for delivering impeccable communication with the clients, understanding their marketing goals, creating the best digital marketing strategy to align with the clients’ objectives, reporting & recommendations, as well as participating in client meetings and presentations.

The Account Executive is the client’s ambassador in Spearhead.

 

Key Skills required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles, with a focus on account management and data-driven advertising
  • A keen understanding of marketing principles, digital media landscapes, content creation, social media, and paid advertising strategies
  • Data-driven mind with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management expertise, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • A can-do attitude, fueled by creativity, problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction


Responsibilities:

1.Account Management:

  • Maintain active communication with clients, understanding their needs and goals
  • Be the client’s trusted advisor - develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Extract clear and concise briefs, ensuring goals and expectations are clearly communicated
  • Plan clients’ photoshoots from start to finish, presenting a clear brief & ensuring clear communication with Content Creator & Photographer
  • Plan regular touch points with the client, preferably on a weekly basic, to make sure that the client is always up to speed with what is happening and to collect client feedback (if any)


2.Team Collaboration

  • Manage paired Juniors, nurturing their skills and empowering their growth
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams – design, copy, social, ad performance – to deliver flawless client experiences


3.Content Creation

  • Work on the monthly content calendar and paid ads objectives & topics that resonate with audiences and drive measurable results 
  • Align with the Content Creator on the monthly content & paid ads objectives to create compelling messaging 
  • Oversee content creation workflow, fostering creativity and ensuring quality at every stage 


4.Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze content & ad performance, making adjustments for optimal performance, engagement and visuals
  • Prepare impactful reports and presentations: Analyze campaign performance, clearly communicating key metrics and insights, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
