1. IT Infrastructure Management:
o Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including first level of support, networks, and hardware.
o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
2. Technical Support:
o Provide technical support to staff and end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
o Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and networks.
o Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
3. Website Management:
o Manage and update the company’s website, including adding and managing products, ensuring content accuracy, and optimizing user experience.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement website changes and enhancements.
o Monitor website performance and analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
4. Learning Management System (LMS) Support:
o Administer and support the a Learning Management System, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility.
o Assist with the creation and management of online courses, user accounts, and learning materials within the LMS.
o Provide technical support to educators and learners using the LMS, troubleshooting issues as needed.
5. Project Management:
o Participate in IT-related projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, technical support, and website administration.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, software, hardware, and it support best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) like Shopify, WordPress, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is an advantage.
