المسؤوليات: تنفيذ خطة التسويق السنوية والتنسيق مع المدير التنفيذي، والوكالة، والاستشاريين. إدارة حضور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (تيك توك، إنستغرام) وتخطيط المحتوى. تنظيم الفعاليات، أيام الافتتاح، ومبادرات التسويق في المتاجر المحلية. الإشراف على عمليات الطاقم وإنتاج المحتوى. دعم تطوير المنتج، وأبحاث السوق، وتحليل المنافسين. التعاون مع الموارد البشرية في بناء العلامة داخلياً.
الساعات: من الإثنين إلى الجمعة، من 8:00 صباحاً حتى 5:00 مساءً (يتطلب المرونة أثناء الفعاليات/الحملات)

Latte Art is hiring a Marketing Specialist to drive marketing execution and brand presence across our Head Office and branches.
Responsibilities: Execute the yearly marketing plan and coordinate with the CEO, agency, and consultants. Manage social media presence (TikTok, Instagram) and content planning. Organize events, open days, and local store marketing initiatives. Oversee cast operations and content production. Support product development, market research, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with HR on internal brand building.
Hours: Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexibility required during events/campaigns)
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Strong background in marketing, social media management, and content strategy, with experience in the F&B industry a plus.
