We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician with strong experience in hardware troubleshooting and technical support. Exposure to software development is an advantage, while SAP experience will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and equipment installations.
• Support basic IT infrastructure and networking activities.
• Assist with software development, system enhancements, and business applications.
• Support SAP and coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong hardware expertise.
• Good knowledge of hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Knowledge of software development/programming is an advantage.
• SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
