A branding agency is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer who will have the option to work remotely or from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and accurately interpreting brief or storyboard from the brand or graphic design coordinator
- Familiarizing oneself with the style of a specific project/brand
- Ensuring the quality of raw materials is received and/or sourced to the required standard
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client
- Multi-tasking: graphic designers often should work on more than one design brief at a time
- Using a wide range of media, including photography, sketching, and computer-aided design
- Producing accurate and high-quality work
- Creating a 'rough draft' of the design project and determining the exact layout and style for the next and final stages
- Re-ordering and tweaking the content to ensure the visual representation according to the brief
- Selecting the most effective imagery and word combinations to tell the story
- Experimenting with styles and techniques (always forward-thinking, innovative, and cutting edge)
- Consulting with the graphic design and brand coordinators and/or client throughout the post-production process
